We will be selling coupon pages for Marcos pizza at $10 a piece. You will receive $9 profit in your account for each one you sell.  They are valued at over $150 in pizza savings as well as four free movie rentals. They pay themselves off with just one use!

You must purchase the coupons up front, and then when you sell them, you keep the cash. If you are unable to sell them all, you can return unsold pages for a full refund.  

These coupons do not expire until the end of 2018.

ISU Madrigal Festival

Good morning Madrigal parents (and Choir parents!)

We are a week away from our Madrigal Dinner parent meeting (Tues. Nov. 14). Craft Fair Thank you

What a wonderful day it was seeing how incredible the Craft Fair went off on Saturday and it could not have happened without the faithful leadership and countless hours of Molly Babyak, Brenda Cichon, the Craft Fair Committee and all the students and parents who worked many hours Friday night and all day Saturday.   Thank you for your commitment to our Choir students and to the continuous success the Craft Fair has for our community to enjoy!

Premier Designs Jewelry Fundraiser orders are due!

Good morning Choir families,

This is a reminder to all families that the Premier Designs Jewelry Fundraiser orders are due back tomorrow (Fri. Nov. 3rd). They should drop them off to the Choir Room. 
Also, please remember to have your student bring back the catalogs that they "borrowed" for the fundraiser. There should be a sign out sheet that kids/parents signed to take a catalog that they should check off that they returned.

Madrigal Dinner Pictures/Reservations

Good morning Choir parents and students,

Due to the wetness of the ground and the impending rain around 3pm this afternoon, Varsity Madrigal pictures will be postponed until we go to ISU Madrigal Festival on Friday.  JV Madrigals took a couple pictures inside yesterday at Central, but they are also intending to do more pictures at ISU next Friday.
Costumes will need to come with us next Friday to the festival. 
Varsity Madrigal rehearsal will end at 4:30pm instead today.

3) Would you like to put a fun and even embarrassing picture of your student in the Madrigal Dinner program?  Madrigal (Sponsorship) Ads (for your students) for the program 
will be sent home Wednesday and Thursday and are due by Sat. Nov. 18th  (they are also attached here).  Thanks for e-mailing those forms/pictures to Mr. Benware or bringing those to Mr. Benware with payment by the deadline by e-mail or paper copy. They are attached here!

Craft Fair Bake Sale and Madrigal Dinner Volunteers

Good afternoon Choir parents,

At this time we have only 12 bakers (out of a hopeful 35 slots) signed up for the Craft Fair bake sale.  Please consider signing up to Bake for our awesome Craft Fair (the SignUp Genius line was sent out on Oct. 18th to sign-up).
Also, today is the LAST day to get your Volunteer Form in to work Craft Fair.  Remember, next year is a tour year and this is year to get your hours in and make some money for you r student's accounts so let Mrs. Dunn know by TONIGHT if you can work any times between 6am and 6pm on Sat. Madrigal Dinner Cast Audition results

Good afternoon MCHS Choir students and parents,

I have attached our Madrigal Dinner Cast and Beggar audition results from our auditions this past week.  We had some great auditions and Mr. Babich and I were very excited about the talent we possess at MCHS and how prepared the students were!
These roles listed are the extra roles needed to do our Masque and script for the dinner, which also includes wandering roles (like the Jailer and Bard,etc.).  We still need to fill our roles for Unicorn and Pages, so let us know if that is of interest to any people who were not cast in a role.
All Varsity and JV Madrigal members will be singing at both dinners and all Varsity Madrigal members will have a named "guest" character and a couple lines.
All choir members not in one of the Madrigal groups (Concert and Treble Choir on Saturday evening Dec. 9th, and Mixed Choir and W. Chorale on Sunday Dec. 10th) will be servers and singing at their respective dinners and are required to be there those days, as well as our Dress Rehearsal after school Fri. Dec. 8th starting at 3:05pm. 

FIRST CAST READ THROUGH- MONDAY OCT. 30TH AT 3:10-4:30PM IN THE CHOIR ROOM.

SCRIPTS AND SCHEDULES WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE READING.  

ALL CAST MEMBERS WITH LINES AND VARSITY MADRIGALS ARE TO ATTEND THE READ THROUGH.


OUR FIRST MASQUE REHEARSAL WILL BE-FRIDAY, NOV. 3 FROM 4:15-5:00PM IN THE CHOIR ROOM.
